Eddie and I met at the gym almost two decades ago. To this day, we still go to the gym together 4-5 times a week. It’s our “thing.” ❤️
.
Sometimes we train separately, sometimes we train together. When we train together, we like to alternate designing the sets. 🤗
.
We get pretty competitive and take great pleasure in making each other sweat.😆

Eddie’s contributions typically challenge strength, and my sets typically challenge conditioning and stability. Together, we get one hell of a workout.

Superset:
DB chest fly 3 x 12-15
DB lateral raise 3 x 12-15
.
Triset: 
Smith Machine bodyweight row (Position body face up on diagonal under bar and row body up. The lower the bar, the harder the movement) 3 x 12-15
Push-up: 3 x 15
1/2 burpee (plank then thrust forward to low squat): 3 x 12
.
Superset:
Lat pulldown 3 x 15
Stability ball hamstring curl 3 x 15
.
Triset:
Biceps curl to Arnold press: 3 x 10 reps
Bench triceps dip: 3 x 20
High jump: 3 x 15
.
Superset:
Machine calf raises: 3 x 20
Machine ab crunches: 3 x 20
.
Final Conditioning Blast—Repeat 3 times:
Treadmill jog: 1 min
Treadmill sprint: 1 min
Treadmill recovery walk: 1 min
