HOW TO BE IN THE RUNNING TO WIN THE JUMP IN TO SUMMER CHALLENGE:

  • Be a JaimeFit Member.   If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days!  Click here to register for your trial. 

  • Get Equipped. Purchase your JaimeFit Jump Rope Set here. You will also need Booty Bands, an Exercise Mat, Dumbbells or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water) and an aerobics step (optional).   • Complete 3 (or more) JaimeFit workouts* a week. Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group. 

  • Challenge Physical Test. Complete the before and after Jump Rope Test where you will measure how long you can jump rope non-stop. We will cap the maximum at five minutes. You may also wish to video yourself jumping rope at the beginning and the end of the Challenge so you can SEE the improvement of your skills.

  • Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but many members love to account for their progress and provide another layer of accountability. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited! 

  • Challenge Submission: To be considered for the CHALLENGE PRIZE, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by JUNE 22.
