See ya later 2021—another weird, isolating, rollercoaster of a year. Hello, to 2022—the year we choose to RISE…AGAIN. Rise to our potential, to the occasion and above our excuses.

The JaimeFit January RISE Challenge isn’t your typical New Year fad fitness program that leaves you feeling exhausted and disheartened after a week. Rather, RISE is all about realignment and recalibration after one rollercoaster of a year. It’s about building well-life habits and mindset strategies that will keep on blazing your path to your goals all year. (Rather than starting over AGAIN and AGAIN)

RISE CHALLENGE GOALS:

  • R - Restore your settings, slow down and get REAL about what’s holding you back. 

  • I - Ignite your fire. Set your intentions. Restyle habits to reset your course. 

  • S - Sweat off the outer layer of junk holding you back. Drop those bad habits. Prove to yourself you can do hard things.

  • E - Engage your world. Execute your plan. Elevate yours choices. And…SHINE, BABY! 

All in all…Think intense sweats, mindful eating, scheduled quiet and guided meditations & directed journaling.

 

There will be fun prizes given all throughout January. Start at any time!

What To Expect: 

  • 30 - 60 MIN INVIGORATING WORKOUTS. (longer and shorter available too!) Fun, Worth-it HIIT Workouts designed to create all the good vibes while improving body composition (less fat, more muscle), conditioning, flexibility and stability. No typical LAME-O virtual workouts! 

  • FLEXIBLE LIVE & ON-DEMAND PROGRAMMING.  Join me for a LIVE STREAM or On-Demand Workout. Options for all timeframes and lengths (5 - 60 min)

  • NO GUESSWORK PLAN. I curates a calendar each month with recommended workouts & well-life videos for each day to make living fit easy. Just follow the plan and watch the results.

  • BURN BRIGHT MINDSET STRATEGIES. Where your mind goes, your body follows. Learn how to harness your thoughts, and you’ll be surprised how much more you’ll love the whole darn process!  January, you will do a mediation and journaling to strengthen your mindset.

  • FUSS-FREE, FEEL FAB NUTRITION to make eating well feel good and in alignment with your tastes/lifestyle.

  • PERSONAL ATTENTION & ACCOUNTABILITY.  You aren’t in this alone. I, along with the other kick butt women of JaimeFit, will cheer you along and keep you on track. There are check-ins/coaching sessions on JaimeFit app/website, Facebook & Zoom. 

HOW TO BE IN THE RUNNING TO WIN THE JANUARY CHALLENGE:

  • Be a JaimeFit Member.   If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days!  Click here to register for your trial. 

  • Complete 4 (or more) JaimeFit workouts* a week. Any of the JaimeFit videos count as a workout, but follow the calendar for best results. Videos range from 5 minutes to 60 minutes.   Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group. 

  • Watch all of the recommended JANUARY K.I.S.S. Nutrition + Rise & Shine Videos. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching. 

  • Complete the 10-minute Scheduled Meditation and Journaling sessions throughout the month.

  • Attend one of the 30-minute ZOOM Sunday Soul Sessions / Workshops.

  • JANUARY FITNESS “TEST”:

    • RESILIENCE & ENDURANCE: This month, we will work on improving the length of time we can perform a WALL SIT—an exercise that requires breathing through discomfort. Our January workouts and mediation practice are designed to help us to improve our ability to breathe through challenge—a skill that will serve us all year long as we push through the tough stuff on the way to our goals.

      • Jaime will demo at the 1/9 live stream. This test  is “on your honor.”  Perform the tests your first week and last week of the challenge.

  • Equipment Recommendations. You will need Booty Bands, Jump Rope, JaimeFit Journal, Dumbbells or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water) and an aerobics step (optional). The JaimeFit Booty Beautiful bands, Journal and more are available here. Members receive 15% OFF using the code LOVEFIT15.

  • Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but many members love to account for their progress and provide another layer of accountability. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited! 

  • Challenge Submission: To be considered for the JANUARY GRAND PRIZE prize, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by Monday, January 31st..

* All Live Stream Workouts will be 60 minutes, but the first 30 Minutes can be a stand-alone Fast Blast Workout. The second 30 minutes is a Bonus Blast for those of you who want “extra.”
