Welcome to the 2019 SWEAT x STYLE 30 Day Challenge!

We are so excited that you have joined us for the next 30 days. We know life is busy—we love that you are carving out time to take good care of yourself, establish new healthy habits, challenge your fitness and style your summer!

This RESOURCES PAGE will be the hub for most of our downloadable resources to support this Challenge. Throughout the Challenge, we will direct you here to download any needed tools and resources. Below, you will find the following items to download:

  1. Week 1 Drop It Like Its Hot Success Worksheet - Get your mindset set up for success! Fill this out before our Monday start and email it to jaimebairdfitness@gmail.com.

  2. Lean, Strong & Vibrant Nutritional Guidelines - Read this over and head to the grocery store to pick up some healthy eats, so you're ready to start the week strong.

  3. SWEAT Training/Cardio Program - Take a look at the programs so you can start scheduling the workouts into your week. I will post how-to videos for most movements the day before you are scheduled to tackle the workout.

  4. BEFORE Measurements Guideline - Although optional, we recommend you taking BEFORE pictures and measurements so you can appreciate how far you’ve come after 30 days. Utilize the downloadable Measurement Guide to guide your measurements.  For photos, do a front, back and a side shot in whatever you are comfortable in—a swimsuit, cute dress or shorts and tank.

On that note, unlike traditional fitness challenges, we don’t feel that your success should be solely measured by weight, a picture or a measurement. For us, success means turning up your SHINE—inside & out! We want you to transform your attitude, outlook, mindset and confidence—in addition to improving your health, fitness & wardrobe.

We will consider before/after photos in addition to your written statement or video in selecting our Challenge Winners. Your before/after photos can show off your fitness change, your closet transformations, new styled outfits and more!! Whether it’s gym chic or a date night look, don’t be afraid to take a selfie of you Shining Bright and share it in the Facebook group!

We are here for you every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.

We will host LIVE VIDEOS in the Facebook Group a few times a week where you can interact with us in real time. Below is the weekly schedule. If you can’t attend the LIVE session, the videos will be archived in the group for you to watch when you're able. If you can’t attend the session, you can submit the questions in advance for us to answer!

SWEAT TRAINING & CARDIO PLAN
The challenge plans were designed to maximize fat loss while adding muscle strategically to create a healthy, strong & toned physique. All workouts can be done from home or in a gym. If you do the workouts from home, you will need access to light, medium and heavy dumbbells.

There are two program types from which to choose:
*We recommend starting at a lower level until you get used to the training style, and then move up to the more advanced workouts.*
