K.I.S.S. & Crunch | August Core Challenge

Sculpt that waist and build your core strength with August’s K.I.S.S. & CRUNCH Core Challenge! This month, JaimeFit will feature bonus K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple, sister) nutritional and training content to help you whittle your middle and be in the running for a fabulous prize:

So what’s not to love? A tighter midsection, stronger core (and, thus, healthier body) AND have a chance to win a sassy new activewear! Win, win, win! 🤩

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. Join JaimeFit - If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days! Click here to register for your trial.

  2. Complete minimum of 4 JaimeFit workouts a week. (Any of the workouts are perfect, but the JaimeFit Live Streams will all feature extra core work.) Let us know you completed them by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group.

  3. Watch all of the recommended August K.I.S.S. Nutrition + Rise & Shine Videos. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching.

  4. Participate in the Before + After Core Strength Challenge Test. Measure how many full sit-ups you can complete in 60 seconds. Your shoulders should touch the ground and chest to your knees each rep. This is “on your honor.” Perform the test the first week of August and the last week of August. Record the numbers so you know what you are working toward. Jaime will perform a timed test during the Monday, August 3rd and Friday, August 28th Live Streams. That said, you can also do the test on your own!

  5. Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do waist measurements. This is not necessary, but I know some people love to account for their progress. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited!

  6. Challenge Submission: Post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by August 29th. This can include your results, what you learned and how you are feeling, etc.
