Feel like you can’t get out of your own way sometimes? Feel like you know what to do, but you can’t put it all together? You need FOR THE LOVE OF BOD.

This May, I’m bringing back my most powerful and transformative challenge: For the Love of Bod ❤️. This program encapsulates all of my MOST IMPORTANT lessons for life long fitness and wellness success into 4 powerful (and FUN) weeks.

For The Love of Bod is designed to ignite your fire for fitness.  Week by week, we shed what’s holding us back, fuel our vibrance with non-restrictive nutrition that feels good, celebrate these miraculous and totally unique bodies of ours and have fun at every step. It’s fitness and wellness that keeps your soul on the agenda. 

It’s the perfect challenge for women at all stages on the journey to loving themselves fit. The program is very customizable to your level and goals.  

My follow-along Live Stream and On-Demand workouts are intense, one-of-kind and perfect for the easy bored and totally time crunched. (Warning: Expect spontaneous dancing and lots of terrible jokes from me!) 

In addition to the workout program and nutritional guidance, each week will have a different theme:

  • WEEK 1: FEEL GOOD FAST. Get all the feels and buzzy goodness from day 1! Expect workouts and lifestyle changes that amp up endorphins while kicking shame’s butt every damn day.

  • WEEK 2: FOOD THAT LOVES YOU BACK. Let’s drop the B.S. and get real about eating food that brings out your best. We’ll break down habits, beliefs and the other junk holding you back.

  • WEEK 3: HARD TO RESIST. Expect increased resistance in our workouts, a “master your form” workshop, simple tricks to manage portions and cravings and manifestation must-dos.

  • WEEK 4: BLAZING HOT. HIIT, SMIIT, HIRT, EMOM, AMRAP…all the acronyms for high intensity training will be featured this week to get your metabolism burning bright. Expect nutritional metabolism booster tips as well.

HOW TO BE IN THE RUNNING TO WIN THE FTLOB CHALLENGE:

  • Be a JaimeFit Member.   If you aren’t already a Member, you can try it FREE for 7 Days!  Click here to register for your trial. 

  • Complete 3 (or more) JaimeFit workouts* a week.  Let me know you completed workouts by posting a comment on JaimeFit or posting in the Facebook Group. 

  • Watch the recommended scheduled K.I.S.S. Nutrition, Rise & Shine & Zoom Videos during the challenge. Apply the lessons. Leave a quick note in the video comment section after watching. 

  • Equipment Recommendations. You will need Booty Bands, Dumbbells, Jump Rope or some other substitute resistance device (detergent bottles, gallons of water) and an aerobics step (optional). The JaimeFit Fitness Gear is available here. Members receive 15% OFF using the code LOVEFIT15.

  • Optional: Take before + after pics and/or do measurements. This is not necessary, but many members love to account for their progress and provide another layer of accountability. Again, this is NOT necessary. Only if it makes you feel good and excited! 

  • Challenge Submission: To be considered for the GRAND PRIZE prize, post your reflections on the experience and results in the Facebook group by JUNE 6TH.
